- I was born and raised in Los Angeles, (12,000,000 in metropolitan area)and have moved to Alma, NE (population 1200). Other than my time in the army, I lived in the L.A. area for my entire life. Then on June 2, 2007, I left L.A. to be with my two daughters, my grandkids and my greatgrandkids. It should be a scary thing to do, but it is a great adventure.
